Shipping policy

Before making a replacement, ensure that the product is intact and eligible for replacement.

Please inspect the entire order upon arrival to confirm that everything is in good condition.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may refuse to accept it from the shipping representative and pay the shipping costs.

The buyer is allowed to select some items and return others upon receipt, with an additional shipping fee of 15 EGP according to the shipping company's policy.

Exchanges or returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt.

Products purchased through promotions cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Note: The company covers the shipping costs only if an incorrect product was sent. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when requesting a replacement or return.

Orders are delivered within 5 : 7 business days.
