Exchange & Refund Policy

At Starly, we care about how you feel in every piece you wear. Each design is created with attention to detail, comfort, and quality — and we want you to love it as much as we do.

While every order is carefully checked before shipping, we understand that rare issues may occur. In such cases, we’re here to make things right.

When You Can Request an Exchange or Refund

We accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects — we do not accept size or preference-based returns.

To qualify:
You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Once inspected and the issue is confirmed, you can choose between:
An exchange for the same item (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method.

Note: If a package is opened but not received by the customer, shipping costs will be deducted.
